This Kelt 707 has been well meticulously maintained by the current owner and has a great inventory list.
Built in 1984 and owned since 1988 by the current owner, this Mono-Hull, GRP, sailing Yacht is now ashore and available for viewing.
With the added possibility of a Blakeney Harbour mooring with the sale, viewing is recommended.
Modifications:
- The original internal ballast of resin encapsulated steel punchings in the stub keel and floor has been replaced by the same weight in resin encapsulated lead shot.
- Roller reefing gear for the foresail has been added and the main sail slab reefing replaced by a single line reefing system that can all be operated from the cockpit.
- Auxiliary power of outboard engine in the cockpit well has been replaced by an inboard diesel engine.
