As all details are supplied by the owner, we are not responsible for any mistakes in the inventory listing.

Alisha is a great example of her class. She was built in 1983 and comes with all of her original paperwork (this is very unusual for a boat of this age) so if you are an adventurous sailor, and fancy a hope across the channel, this is entirely possible with Alisha.

Alisha was surveyed in 2020 and this is available as part of the sale documents, together with fuel system checklist document, the gas checklist document, original Moody literature, builders certificate and boat history.

Alisha has been much loved and looked after so is in good condition. She’s a twin bilge keel which means she will sit upright when mooring in estuaries and creeks, this means you will be able to sleep comfortably overnight onboard if the tide goes out.

Alisha is a GRP constructed boat with a traditional feel inside her cabin due to the wooden fixtures and finishing. She is a tiller steer boat with a sloop rig and anodised aluminium spars.

Alisha has recently been antifouled, all her winches have been serviced and a new battery has been installed. The radio has been replaced with a new one which is linked to a 6 disc cd player. The toilet holding tank fitting has been replaced with new. The mast halyards have been replaced with new. The ignition barrel and stop solenoid have been removed and replaced with new.

Alisha is lying in Wells and can be viewed by contacting our office (01263 741172 or [email protected]) to make an appointment.

Included within the sale price is a mooring in Wells harbour for the 2024 season with all fees and dues having been paid.
