Many of the most recently taught sailors on the North Norfolk Coast owe their confidence, experience and skills to this Norfolk Oyster ‘Lucinda’. She was the sailing school boat for Norfolk etc at their Morston base for many years. She is in good, solid condition and will continue to serve sailors for many generations to come.

 

Lucinda comes with all the kit of a standard boat including:

  • White clinker hull with blue top strake and white cove-line
  • Two suits of sails (one jib is white)
  • Furling jib in lieu of hanked on
  • Long shaft outboard engine – 4HP Mariner
  • Bronze fairlead cleats on bow
  • Anchor and warp mounted on foredeck in chocks
  • Boom gallow mounted on aft deck in chocks
  • Three copper mast bands for full sail, 1st reef and 2nd reef
  • Teak slatted seat battens mounted in fore of the cockpit
  • Grey cockpit cover
  • Gun metal fender eyes (three mounted on each side)
  • Three cave lockers
  • Burgee clip on mast
  • Black bow fender
