Norfolk Oyster ‘Madeleine’ is boat number 33 in the fleet and has been much loved.

She has been sailed and moored locally in Blakeney Pit and professionally serviced each winter by us. She is in fantastic condition and a great buy for anyone looking to own a Norfolk Oyster.

 

 

Madeleine comes with the following spec:

  • White topsides with royal blue topstrakes and yellow coveline

  • Two TCL4 water tight hatches in the aft deck
  • Two cave lockers mounted under the fore deck
  • Bronze protective strip running over transom gunwale with port bronze fairlead
  • Bronze fairleads on bow, port and starboard, with bronze rubbing strip on rubbing strake
  • Teak slatted seat battens in forward half of the boat
  • Teak slatted battens mounted in aft of the sole
  • Pair of wooden oars with bronze row lock plates mounted mid-ship and rowlock holders
  • Wooden rudder stock with metal blade
  • Three copper bands on the mast to protect the gaff jaws when in full sail and the two reefing points
