Norfolk Urchin Maisie is a lovely 13ft (4metre) sailing boat that was built in 2018 at our Wells Boatyard. The Urchin is immensely strong, yet light enough to be easily handled. Urchin 39 has been sailed lightly and comes with a road trailer and launching trolley.

The Norfolk Urchin is the smallest boat in the Norfolk range and the smaller sister the Norfolk Oyster. The Urchin has a firm turn bilge hull, ensuring safe sailing even in rough tidal harbours and estuaries. Her sailing performance is quite remarkable, particularly to windward and she will point almost as high as many racing dinghies. These boats have “built-in” buoyancy incorporated into their build.
